Bulk mulch delivered for cleaner, healthier beds.
Landscape beds and tree rings break down over time. Mulch fades, thins out, and can wash away, leaving exposed soil that dries out quickly and looks unfinished. When you’re covering larger areas, using bagged mulch means multiple trips, heavy lifting, and a lot of wasted time.
Bulk mulch delivery puts the material on site so you can spend your energy spreading and shaping instead of loading and unloading bags.
First, we talk about your beds, how thick you want mulch applied, and what style or color you prefer. Then Cournaya’s Land Enhancement estimates the volume, coordinates the material, and schedules delivery. We place mulch where it’s easy for you to access with wheelbarrows or equipment, and we can align mulch delivery with other yard projects if you have more going on.
The idea is to bring enough mulch in one shot so you can get your landscape back into shape without juggling extra store runs.
Mulch delivery pricing depends on the type of mulch you choose, the volume you need, and how far we’re hauling it. Once we understand your project, we’ll provide an estimate that clearly outlines the mulch cost and delivery so you can decide how much you want to tackle at once.
Pricing is based on mulch type, volume, and delivery distance.
Cournaya’s Land Enhancement provides services across much of Michigan’s Thumb and surrounding areas. We regularly work throughout Tuscola, Sanilac, Lapeer, and St. Clair counties and in many of the communities in and around those counties.
We stand behind the work we do. Our guarantee is simple: we will show up when we say we will, do the work we agreed to, and walk the job with you before we leave. If something reasonable needs to be addressed related to the work we just completed, we will talk it through and make a plan to make it right.
Outdoor work is always at the mercy of weather and existing site conditions, but we do not disappear when the equipment leaves. If you have concerns about the workmanship on a recent project, contact us. We will review the site, explain what we are seeing, and discuss any adjustments that may be appropriate based on the original scope of work.
If your beds are tired or bare, a new layer of mulch can quickly clean things up. Contact Cournaya’s Land Enhancement to talk through mulch options, estimate how much you’ll need, and schedule delivery so you can get the job done.
We start by asking what you are working on and how the material will be used. A few basic measurements and a quick description of the area help us recommend a type of stone, soil, mulch, sand, or recycled product that fits the job.
Once we understand the the project, we help estimate how much material you will need so you are not clearly short or drastically overbuying. We then schedule delivery around your timing so material shows up when you are ready for it.
On delivery day, we bring the material with trucks sized for your property and access. We place piles where you can easily reach them with equipment or wheelbarrows, or where we will be grading if we are handling the spreading.
After delivery, we are available to answer questions about how to spread, compact, or maintain the material. If you decide you would like help with grading or additional work after seeing it on site, we can talk about next steps and schedule follow-up services.
A quick measurement of the areas you’re covering and the depth you want is enough for us to estimate a volume. Share rough dimensions and we’ll help you figure out how many yards of mulch will be a sensible amount for your project.
Availability can vary, but we commonly work with standard hardwood mulch and popular color options. If you have a preference for a certain look, let us know and we’ll explain what’s currently available and suitable for your project.
Our core offering here is bulk delivery, but in some cases we can include basic spreading as part of a larger yard project. If you’re interested in that, mention it when you reach out and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.
Cournaya’s Land Enhancement is a family-run company that treats every property like our own. We focus on honest recommendations, practical solutions, and work that is built to handle real-world use, not just look good for a day. When you call us, you talk directly with the people who will be on your property, running the equipment and standing behind the results.
Our team is used to working on driveways, yards, fields, and rural properties across the area. We understand soft ground, standing water, and washed-out drives because we deal with them every season. That experience shows up in the way we plan each job and the small details that help your project hold up over time.
